boOm – Cecil
boOm is a functional training studio that believes in inclusivity and accessibility. BoomBox is a 7- to 10-round hybrid workout combining functional training, HIIT and boxing while BoomBUILD is a strength-based workout. All levels are welcomed, but first-timers are to arrive early to attend the mandatory introduction 5 mins before class, where the class format and equipment are introduced; for the BoomBox class, some boxing basics are briefly demonstrated.

Note: boOm’s primary focus is functional training. During BoomBox classes, they focus more on boxing for cardio. If you wish to work more on your technique, do seek out their instructors before/after class. They’d be happy to give you pointers!
