Choose from a wide palette of Group Exercise classes which include RPM™ and other cycling classes in the cycling studio, cardio, dance or body-conditioning classes in the large Group Exercise studio, and yoga and pilates in the beautiful Mind and Body Studio – which comes complete with warm lights and decorative detail.
